Our Commitment
SonicVox uses both proprietary infrastructure and selected third-party AI services. Wherever a third-party provider touches your content, we hold ourselves to four operating commitments.

- Do not train external foundation models on your content
- Encrypt data in transit; discuss data-residency options for enterprise deployments

AI Output Disclosure
Audio and text generated by SonicVox is AI-produced and may vary depending on input, configuration, and provider state. Where required, we surface 'AI-generated' badges in the product so the listener can tell.
What We Do (And Will Not Do) With AI
A short list of operating commitments that apply across every third-party provider above. These commitments are baked into our contracts with each provider.
No training on your content
Your prompts, audio, and uploads are not used to train any third-party foundation model.
Voice belongs to the speaker
Cloned voices stay the property of the person who created them. Never resold, never cross-tenant.
Encrypted in transit
TLS 1.2+ between you and SonicVox. Provider integrations follow the same posture.
Data-residency requirements
Talk to us about self-hosted or VPC deployment for data-residency requirements. The hosted platform runs in AWS today.
Right to delete
Request deletion of any uploaded content or cloned voice at any time. Honored within 30 days.
Transparent updates
When the provider list changes, we update this page within one business day.
