Accessibility Statement

We want SonicVox® to work for everyone. This statement describes our conformance target, the measures we take, our current status, and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

SonicVox is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA ↗, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Conformance target

WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We treat AA success criteria as our baseline for new work and audit existing surfaces against them.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with a <main> landmark and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Keyboard operability and visible focus states, with known gaps tracked and being remediated.
  • Text alternatives for non-text content, and programmatically associated labels on form controls.
  • Colour-contrast targets of 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for interactive elements, audited in both light and dark themes.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animated UI.
  • Clear labelling of AI-generated media so listeners and viewers are informed.

Current status

SonicVox is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the platform meets the standard, and we are actively remediating the areas that do not. Accessibility is part of our ongoing development process, not a one-time effort.

Email accessibility@sonicvox.ai (or legal@sonicvox.ai) with the page, the issue, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days. We do not yet publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT 2.5 / ACR); one is in preparation. In the meantime, enterprise and public-sector customers can request our current accessibility status summary — including the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria we know we do not yet meet — at accessibility@sonicvox.ai.
